Sunday Oct 6 kicks off October's theme, "Emotional Intelligence" & we will explore Emotional Awareness as we learn to recognize and make sense of our emotions and even the effect of the emotions of others. 

Learn to be at home with yourself, to truly enjoy your own company and befriend your inner essence.

AFFIRMATION: I am at home with myself. I am alive, awake and aware.
