About the event

We are in relationship with everything, and we have the freedom to determine what the parameters, boundaries and contributions of these partnerships will be.

We typically partner with the energetics known as worry and can often walk, live and breathe it without realizing the extent of our connection.

With this understanding, we get to ask, “Is this relationship healthy?”

Immediately you might think that any form of relationship with worry is unhealthy but what if this were not the case. What if there was a way to take dominion over this unconscious bond and make it conscious and productive?

In this workshop, Rev. David Ault will take you through a paradigm shift that moves worry from a draining and dream crushing trigger to a welcoming signal that informs us we are ready for new and expanded forms of thinking.

We will:

Define our key worries and explore the genesis of how those began

Study the concept of polarity – worry vs solution

Revisit the simple concept of FCP - Focus, Choice and Practice

Use engaged visualization to live in the feeling of positive polarity

Create accountability systems in charting our progressive shifts

Feel a heck of a lot better

As of Nov 11: The lunch option is now closed; you will need to go out to lunch after Sunday service and then come back for the Workshop!
