CCSA Free Hugs at Pride Parade!

We aren’t walking in the official Charlotte Pride parade on Sun Aug 18 as originally planned, BUT! We’re going to make "free hugs" signs, and show up at a designated area & spread the love!

Make a sign and bring the love and meet us uptown after service on August 18th as we meet and hug it out! Do you know how meaningful it is for a Mom, Dad, Pastor, Brother, Sister, etc to hug someone who has been excluded because of who they are by their Mom, Dad, Pastor, etc?! It is powerful to show up and be love!

Immediately following Sunday service we'll be meeting with our "Free Hugs" signs for the Pride parade. We will meet at 1pm, at the fountain/park area at the corner of Tryon & Trade, beside the Hooters (123 West Trade St).

FYI - Think out your lunch plans ahead of time, as timing will be tight between service & the parade starting at 1pm!
